Pay
Per job, shown before you accept, with distance, waiting time and install work priced separately. Paid weekly, with a statement for every job. No deduction for equipment, app use or training.
Hours and rest
Shifts capped at eight hours with a rest window the platform enforces. Declining a job does not reduce what you are offered next.
Insurance and welfare
Accident and third-party cover active for every shift, paid by us. We register you with the state welfare board and give you the acknowledgement.
Grievance
A named person, a case number and a written answer within seven days. You can escalate in person at the Gorwa hub, not only through the app. Deactivation requires a stated reason and a right of reply.
