What we agree to
To carry the parcel described in the job, in the window booked, with the proof selected, using a crew member qualified for that payload class. Mode is our decision unless your contract fixes it.
What we will not carry
Hazardous goods outside our licences, anything illegal, live animals, and cash beyond the COD limit in your contract. We may open a parcel if we have reason to believe it breaches this list.
Liability
Declared value up to the limit in your contract, from pickup scan to proof of delivery. Weather, airspace closure and civil disruption can delay a job; we will tell you as soon as the dispatcher knows.
Status of modes
Nothing is bookable yet. When we open, only modes marked OPEN will be available; modes marked IN BUILD, IN DESIGN or PLANNED cannot be booked at any price, and we will not accept money against them.
